return@livingsure.com or call us at (201) 633-9126 to obtain return
instructions. |

Step 2 |
Upon receiving your
return/exchange request, we will send you 2 forms to complete and sign:
(1) Retail Order Form and (2) Customer Request for Return Form. |

Step 3 |
Send us the product(s) for return/exchange within 30 days of receiving
your order. Mail all returns with documentation as described above to
the address provided in return correspondence with Livingsure. Email or
call us for this information. |

Important |
DO NOT mail the product(s) to Herbalife's Corporate Office, the return address on the original package, or the address on the order packaging slip. Doing so will delay or void your refund and may carry additional shipping charges.
YOU MUST obtain an RMA number. We do not process returns without an RMA number.

Once your shipment is received, Livingsure.com will process the appropriate
refund promptly. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on
your credit card statement.
Important Note: The Herbalife warehouse charges a non-refundable shipping and handling fee on every order. To keep costs low for our customers,
Livingsure.com waives Herbalife's package & handling fee and offers free or discounted shipping. To continue our low product pricing and discounts, the actual shipping cost and package & handling fee will not be credited. For example, if your order total was $100 (with free shipping & handling), we will credit back $100 less the shipping & handling fee Herbalife charged us on this order. On a typical $100 order (retail value = $125), the actual shipping cost may be $8 (for ground shipping) and the package & handling fee may be $8.75 (7% of retail value). In this case, your refund will be $100 - $8 - $8.75 = $83.25.
