Return Policy
We are committed to delivering effective, high-quality products and
we offer customers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied
with a recent purchase, contact us at
return@livingsure.com and we
can process your return. It’s our way of guaranteeing your complete satisfaction.
To initiate
a return, follow these steps:
- All returns must have an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization
Number). Contact us at
return@livingsure.com to
obtain an RMA#, return instructions, and return forms.
- We will send you 2 forms: (1) Retail Order/Receipt Form and (1)
Customer Request for Refund Form. Print out and sign both forms.
- Send us the unused portions of the product within 30 days of receiving
your order.
- Please do not ship returns to Herbalife. Herbalife cannot
issue your credit. Because payments are
processed through us (Livingsure.com), we can only issue credits for
items returned directly to Livingsure.com with a valid RMA#. We have no way
of tracking or verifying products returned to Herbalife. When we
assign an RMA#, we will give you detailed instructions on
where and how to ship the products back to us.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable on returns.
- Returned orders that received Free Shipping with any of of our shipping promotions will have the originally waived shipping charges deducted from the return credit.
- If an item is exchanged, new shipping and handling fees will be
added.
- Return processing may take up to a maximum of 2-4 weeks.
- Items that are not returned in their original packaging will not
be refunded.
- The return package should be insured and trackable. We are not responsible for any lost packages.
- We do not accept returns on products shipped internationally
(outside of the U.S.)
